When a self-paced course isn't quite enough structure
Some people move through the course library on their own without any trouble. Others want someone checking in, adjusting the pace, and answering questions about how a specific technique applies to their actual week. Individual coaching is built for that second group.
A guided conversation, not a lecture
A typical session starts with a short check-in about the past week: which techniques got used, which ones didn't fit, and what situations kept catching you off guard. From there, the instructor walks through adjustments, maybe shortening a breathing pattern, maybe shifting a body scan to a different point in your day.
Sessions are conducted by video call and generally run around thirty minutes, though the exact length can flex depending on what needs covering that week.
Built to fit around a demanding calendar, on purpose
Video call sessions
Conducted remotely, so there's no travel required regardless of where you're based across the US.
Flexible cadence
Some people book weekly during a particularly demanding stretch of work, others check in every few weeks once a routine feels steady.
Adjusted pacing
If a technique from the course library feels awkward or doesn't fit your schedule, sessions focus on modifying it rather than abandoning it entirely.
Booked directly
Scheduling happens through a short conversation over email or phone, arranged around your available windows during the week.
This might suit you if
You've tried a self-paced lesson or two and found them useful, but want someone to help fit the practice more precisely around your actual role and schedule.
You're looking for accountability during a particularly demanding stretch of work, without committing to a long-term program.
This isn't the right fit if
You're looking for licensed psychological therapy, clinical treatment, or a diagnosis. Coaching here is general wellness education, delivered by instructors who are not licensed therapists or medical providers.
You're dealing with an urgent mental health concern. In that case, a licensed provider or a crisis service is a more appropriate resource than this program.
What happens after a call ends
Each session closes with a short written note summarizing what was discussed and one or two specific things to try before the next check-in. There's no homework in the traditional sense, just a small, clear adjustment to test against a real week.
